Klar Chirasanta

Klar is a Business Development Director. As an analyst by nature, he understands and sees work processes systematically. He constantly succeeds in helping his clients achieve their business objectives through simple and sustainable steps, as well as generating positive consumer experience, harmoniously blending in information and communication technology, and creating visibility in performance measurement.

Prior to dFusion, as a management system consultant, Klar worked to improve service quality and internal development for all kinds of organizations, ranging from small public to large private ones. Examples of organization under his supervision are Saha Pathana Inter-Holding, PTT, Bureau of Budget, and Office of Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC).

At OPDC, Klar was one of the consultants who worked to improve the entrepreneurship-related service processes by the government sector. As a result, Thailand ranked better — from rank 20 in 2006 to 12 in 2010 — in the Ease of Doing Business Rank by the World Bank.

Klar strongly believes that positive consumer experience brings success to businesses and happiness to the society.

• Graduated from Chulalongkorn University with an Industrial Engineering degree. Before Klar graduated, he enrolled in Quality System Management, Computer Engineering, and various courses from other departments — Education, Economics, Arts. He paid more attention to extracurricular activities than do classes. Klar enjoyed his college life so much that he almost did not graduate.

• During their senior year in college, Klar and his friends established a startup Software Development business. Their main clients were construction firms.

• Inspired by the short film he collaborated with his friends during sophomore year, Klar established Wednesday Shine, where he provided video and digital media production to Microsoft Thailand — for over 30 projects — from 2003-2009.

• On the occasion of His Majesty the King’s 80th birthday anniversary, Klar led the “King of Thailand” website production team, which was a partnership of three sectors: MSN, The Chaipattana Foundation, and Office of Royal Projects Development Board. The team organized database and graphically animated 80 Royal projects.

• Was a Quality Management System scholar at The Federation of Thai Industry. Klar worked together with specialists from British Standard Institute (BSI). After a scholarship in Sweden, Klar became a specialist in the field. Trusted by over 30 private firms, he gave consultancy, delivered speech, and conducted Quality Management Internal Audit at the age of 27.

• Deeply passionate about automotives. Klar used to work for Thailand Automotive Institute, where he was familiarized with TOYOTA Production System (TPS). He consulted for over 10 TOYOTA suppliers on System Development, attended the very first generation of TOYOTA Racing School, and participated as a judge for the Car of The Year Award — arranged by Society of Automotive Engineering since 2002.
