The Style by Toyota was launched since 2006 as the digital lifestyle centre, in the middle of Siam Square, to help Toyota build its brand and relationships with Thai youth. Building brand and relationships in digital age requires The Style to continuously learn and understand its visitors preference down to segmentation of one in a timely fashion.
We developed intelligent tracking system and database to help The Style keeps track of all visitor interactions from attending activities, engaging with digital contents, all the way to clicking on mobile applications. Data collected are mapped with visitor profiles for real time analysis and intelligent report to enable Toyota management to make informed decision for continuous improvement of visitors experience and relationship with youth audience.
The system gives Toyota management, for the first time, a taste of real time customer intelligence which inspired them to expand the concept to other area of its business to help build and improve relationships with its customers.
